Ms. Yanqing (Summer) Li obtained her master’s degree in business law from the University of Southern California in 2018. She served as the legal counsel of the overseas business department of Shanghai Jiayin Jinke Co., Ltd., during which she engaged in due diligence, corporate compliance, overseas investment risk structure design, reviewing and drafting of legal documents. She is able to carry out various corporate legal work in both Chinese and English.
Ms. Li also has good communication and coordination skills, through which she could help clients resolve legal issues more efficiently.
