Mr. Li Yang was born in Akesu, Xinjiang, China and graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor’s Degree in law. He then passed the Chinese National BAR examination in 2017. In 2018, Mr. Yang graduated from University of Southern California, where he received his degree in Master of Laws. Shortly after, he passed the New York Bar and California Bar examinations. His studying in both countries has given him a very deep understanding of two different legal systems and would make Mr. Yang competently and diligently deal with Chinese-speaking clients.
Mr. Yang is fluent in Chinese Mandarin, English and French. He is mainly in charge of assisting Ms. Di Li on various types of cases, such as representing clients in unlawful detainer cases, immigration and trademark matters. Mr. Yang has worked on lots of marriage-based green card and other non-immigrant visas, such as F1, H-1B, L1 or change of status, etc.
