Di Li Law, P.C. was started with the twin goals of providing competent and affordable legal services to individuals regardless of their fluency in English. Di Li Law, P.C. additionally strives to facilitate the transition that immigrants have when they immigrate to the United States. Ms. Di Li understands what it is like to immigrate to the United States without being fluent in English or familiar with the U.S. laws. In that adversity, Ms. Li realized that there are very few lawyers that service the Asian community and even fewer lawyers who can do so without running into language barriers. As an attorney completely fluent in Mandarin and English, Ms. Li plans to serve the people that either have been ignored due to their lack of ability to speak English fluently or have been given inferior legal representation due to a miscommunication or a lack of communication altogether.

Ms. Di Li was born in Shandong, China, and immigrated to the United States at the age of 13. Ms. Li attended University of California, Los Angeles, where and received a Bachelors Degree in Economics/International Studies and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Li then went on to Pepperdine University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor along with a Certificate of Dispute Resolution. Shortly thereafter, Ms. Li was admitted to the California State Bar.

Ms. Li has helped many clients petition for marriage-based green cards and different types of visas, such as L-1, H-1B and extensions. She also has helped clients apply for travel documents and naturalization and attended interviews with them at the immigration court. In addition to Immigration, Ms. Li has helped clients with their real estates and business needs, such as buying and selling residential and commercial properties, forming and incorporating businesses, negotiating and drafting various kinds of contracts, and registering trademarks with the USPTO.

Ms. Li serves as the General Counsel for a number of small businesses in Los Angeles. Ms. Li has helped those clients draft various types of contracts and agreements, such as Employment Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Stock Option Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, etc. Ms. Li also currently serves as the Of Counsel for DiJulio Law Group, an established law firm in Glendale that specializes in Real Estate Law.
